Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anphe, operated by DU GIAN PRIVATE ENTERPRISE, through our website, progressive web app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to post your content and that your content does not violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or our policies, or when required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes spam, harassment, hate speech, unlawful activity, distributing malware, attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, scraping at scale without permission, and interfering with the normal operation of the Service.

Moderation and enforcement

We may investigate reports, remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or terminate accounts when we believe these Terms or our Community Guidelines have been violated or when necessary to protect users or the Service.

We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms other users or the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DU GIAN PRIVATE ENTERPRISE and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vietnam, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
